At my licensed domestic kitchen home bakery, I create small-batch, made-to-order desserts using thoughtfully selected ingredients and artisan techniques. Each dessert—from mini cheesecakes, mini cake cheesecakes to 6” European-inspired desserts and boutique mousse cakes—each designed with care, precision, and a focus on freshness and detail.

Thoughtful Adaptations

Many offerings can be adapted upon request, including vegan, plant-based, gluten-free, or reduced-sugar options using alternative sweeteners. Each dessert is created with flexibility in mind so you can enjoy something suited to your preferences.

Ingredient Transparency

All desserts are prepared in a licensed domestic kitchen where common allergens—including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts—may be present.

When I’m not in the kitchen baking sweet confections, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family and friends, curled up with a good book, or exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping. Nature is my favorite place to relax, recharge, and find inspiration.

I’m also passionate about supporting small businesses and giving back through community volunteering. Just like in baking, I believe in spreading kindness, creating connections, and making life a little sweeter—both in and out of the kitchen.

🍰 Sweet Beginnings, Where It All Began

One summer, while visiting my grandparents' farm, I had a moment that would forever inspire my love of baking. After picking fresh gooseberries in the sun, my uncle challenged me to make a gooseberry pie from scratch for our family’s dessert.

It was my first time crafting pie dough by hand—soft, buttery, and flaky—and making a homemade filling from those tart little berries. I carefully baked it to golden-brown perfection.

That evening, we gathered around the table, laughing and sharing that pie topped with my grandfather’s homemade old-fashioned ice cream. Seeing everyone’s smiles and hearing their kind words left a lasting impression on my heart.

That beautiful moment sparked a lifelong passion—baking not just to satisfy a sweet tooth, but to create memories, bring joy, and connect with the people I love.
