Vegan: egg-free/dairy-free options available.

Colleen’s Confections uses Vegan ingredients for vegan / plant based desserts when specifically ordered by customer. There are no animal product ingredients and honey used in my vegan / plant based desserts.

Allergen Disclaimer

Colleen’s Confections has the following allergens in my bakery - Wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy, corn, soy, peanuts, sesame, tree nuts (pecans, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts). I cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free desserts since ….finish.

Please contact Colleen’s Confections, 503-583-2256, if you have allergens to soy, corn, tree nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts), coconut oil, coconut milk, and any other allergens.

Gluten-Free

Currently, Colleen’s Confections is not offering gluten-free desserts and cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free desserts. Colleen’s Confections is not a gluten-free bakery.

A full list of ingredients for each dessert may be found on the Order Online page, select the dessert item which displays the detail page and ingredients used in the recipe. I may not have every dessert listed on the order online as new desserts become available and may not be immediately reflected.

Colleen’s Confections does discontinue certain desserts, recipes, and ingredients from time to time, please call if you have any questions.
