CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY - Pre-Orders and Custom Specialty Design Orders:

Please call Colleen’s Confections, 503-583-2256, to speak with me to cancel your Pre-Order or your Custom Specialty Orders.

Any order $75.00 and over needs to be pre-paid.

  • On the day the order was placed: A full cancellation refund for your pre-order or custom specialty design orders.

  • Within 24-48 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation refund for your pre-order or custom specialty order.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice, I am unable to refund your pre-order or custom specialty order.
