This includes local fresh eggs, real butter and dairy, real vanilla bean, natural chocolate, and other high-quality non-processed ingredients with natural flavorings. Whenever possible, I also use seasonal local fruits to support farmers in our community.
Many of my creations can be adapted to vegan, plant-based, gluten-free, or diabetic-friendly reduced-sugar options upon request. Each item is small-batch made with care, quality ingredients, and a genuine love for baking—designed to bring a smile, one delicious bite at a time.
