All desserts are made fresh to order in a licensed domestic kitchen,
Seasonal and custom dessert orders are accepted by email only: colleen@colleensconfections.com

How to Place an Order
Please include the following information in your email:
Desired dessert selection(s)
Quantity of each item
Preferred pickup date and time
Flavor preferences or customization notes
Dietary or special requests
Your name and best contact information
Order Confirmation
Orders are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message with finalized order details, pricing, availability, and pickup arrangements.
Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date.
Remaining balance is due 4 days prior to your scheduled pickup date.
Full payment welcome at the time the order is confirmed.
Payment Options
PayPal — guest checkout or PayPal account (link provided after confirmation)
Venmo (username or link provided after confirmation)
Cash (when applicable)
Advance Notice & Availability
A minimum of one week advance notice is preferred whenever possible.
Custom orders are subject to availability, especially during holidays and peak seasonal periods.
Response Time
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Response times may be slightly longer during busy seasonal periods.
