All desserts are made fresh-to-order in a licensed domestic kitchen in Indepenedence, Oregon.
How to Place an Order
To request an order, please email:colleen@colleensconfections.com
A Google Order Reqeust Form link will be provided by email.
Before submitting your order request, please visit the Seasonal Dessert Menu and Dessert Photo Gallery to review current offerings and dessert options.
Order Requests & Confirmation
Please allow at least 7 days' notice for order requests. Availability is limited, and orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submitting an Order Request form does not guarantee availability.
Once your request is received, I will contact you to confirm availability, review order details, provide pricing, and arrange pickup information.
Orders are not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with finalized order details and payment information.
Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date.
Remaining balance is due 4 days prior to your scheduled pickup date.
Full payment welcome at the time the order is confirmed.

Advance Notice & Availability
A minimum of one week’s advance notice is preferred whenever possible.
Custom orders are subject to availability, especially during holidays and peak seasonal periods.
Response Time
Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Response times may be slightly longer during busy seasonal periods.
